Return & Exchange Policy
This policy governs the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted by Swarit Fashion. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions
3. Exchange Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If approved:
• The replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days
• Exchange is subject to product availability
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for:
• A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
5. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• In case of damaged or incorrect product received, exchange shipping will be covered by us
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
